How long does it take to build one of your homes?

Based on the size and level of custom features and details of each home, the construction time may be different. The typical custom home takes between 6 to 9 months

Can I choose the site for my home at BOW PLACE?

Yes, most of the homes will fit on each of the lots. Some home plans are site specific and can not be built on any lot. Contact us for more information.

Will the homes at BOW PLACE be custom homes?

Yes and no; no home will look alike from the front of the home. We have 9 different front elevations with 5 distinct floor plans. The fronts that are the same will be in a different color and have different details.

Can I make changes to the interior of the homes?

Yes, we pride ourselves as being a custom home builder. We will work with you to create the look and feel you desire for your home. We will strive to make your home building experience an enjoyable one.
